To enhance legal awareness in protecting real estate property rights and preventing future legal risks, the General Protection Team in Armanaz launched an initiative titled “Real Estate Chaos” to help people understand the importance of registering and securing property ownership, the role of the Real Estate Affairs Department and the Property Registry, and the correct legal procedures for transferring ownership. During the event, consultations were provided to more than 100 people in order to rectify the legal status of properties. Also in attendance were others interested in real estate matters and the head of the Property Documentation Department in the area.

Under the title “Early Knowledge Tools for Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic at Home,” our teams held early childhood sessions for parents at Qatar Al Nada Kindergarten in Deir Hassan. On the first anniversary of the devastating February earthquake, we remember with great reverence and appreciation the heroic efforts of the Syria Civil Defense, which they exerted during those difficult days. The team faced immense challenges in the aftermath of the earthquake, and thanks to their courage and sacrifices, they were able to save many lives and limit the disaster’s impact on the families.
In honor of their efforts; our teams at the Community Center in Harbanoush initiated a thank you initiative for the Syria Civil Defense team who responded to the call of duty without hesitation to enhance their noble humanitarian work.
